About

Hi, I’m Rebecca Nicholas, an ADHD coach dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate the challenges—and embrace the strengths—of ADHD. My journey into coaching began with my own diagnosis as an adult. After years of struggling to find the right professionals, treatments, and systems to manage my ADHD, I realized just how difficult it can be to get the right support. I don’t want others to go through the same struggles alone—there’s hope, and I’m here to help.

I have completed a comprehensive graduate-level research study on ADHD, multiple specialized trainings, and earned certifications in various ADHD-related topics. My expertise includes:

    • Understanding ADHD – Its causes, prevalence, neuroscience, and how it presents across different ages, genders, and cultures.
    • Supporting Executive Function – Strategies for overcoming challenges in organization, time management, working memory, and self-regulation.
    • Emotional Regulation & Relationships – Navigating mood swings, frustration intolerance, impulsivity, and the impact of ADHD on personal and professional relationships.
    • Work & Education – Tailored strategies for students, entrepreneurs, and professionals to thrive in professional or academic environments.
    • Parental Support & Training – Helping parents better understand and support their children with ADHD and reduce household stress.
    • Treatment Options – Exploring both medication and non-medication approaches to create a well-rounded, effective plan.

In addition to my coaching practice, I am currently pursuing a graduate degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Slippery Rock University, where I will be presenting a seminar on ADHD in April 2025.

When I’m not working with clients, I love taking road trips with my husband, cooking, baking, spending time at the beach, cool rocks, and fast cars.

I’d love to connect and support you on your ADHD journey!
